In 2018, our visionary co-founders Ian Lim and Vincent Kwo discovered a life-changing concept and felt they were in a unique position to bring it to life across Asia. What was it? Use medical-grade DXA body composition and metabolic health technologies to measure the leading indicators of all-cause mortality and transform this data into analytics that promote life-changing insights to optimize your lifestyle and longevity.
Together with DexaFit US as our partner, Ian & Vincent are bringing DexaFit’s gold standard technologies to the forefront in fitness science across the Asian market. We’re passionate about health. We believe health is worth more than money earned and is a vehicle for good.

Summer 2011
DexaFit US launched its first location in the summer of 2011 to help people replace guesswork with science and get life-changing insights using gold standard, medical-grade technologies.

Since then, DexaFit has expanded across the US and Asia to help people make meaningful, transformative changes to their health and discover their ideal diet, training, or treatment plan.
Introducing DexaFit AI
After building the world’s largest database of DXA, Vo2max, and RMR testing data, DexaFit AI was born, an artificial intelligence engine that identifies your life expectancy, predicts future health outcomes, and more.
